"Although the customer services have been excellent so far, the first one was broken. But in fairness replaced quickly....but the solar pump does not work on the replacement."

"I was quite dissapointed with the item. The LED lights never worked and the pump only stays on for about 3 hrs before stopping. The whole solar panel and its connections seem very poor quality. When the pump does run, the water shoots over the pool edge so i have moved the head section as far back as possible and placed rocks at the front of the pool and a small twig in the outlet to reduce the flow slightly. When it arrived ( Wellpacked ) there was a small chip on the base section,luckily this was at the rear and so cannot be seen. The instruction booklet did not have enough information in it, like there is a battery in the housing on the back of the solar panel that can be switched on or off ? when its ON the pump runs for about 5 mins. I dont think i will be be buying anything like this from you in the future."

"1st one had the head damaged Replaced, but water did not go into trough. Uplift arranged for monday, did not arrive. Received replacement today, and the head was damaged again, driver did not have request for uplift, so I now have 2 big boxes taking up space in my hall. Spoke to cust serv today and they are sending out another replacement head, which is due to arrive on Thursday. Overall I am satisfied with the service, but not at all impressed by the saga of damaged / faulty goods. Regards Tom Small"
