"Ideally, your website could be kept a little more up to date and this customer feedback section could be in better touch with your sales section because as it happened, the product I ordered wasn't available after all. These things happen though and I was aware when ordering that the product may have been discontinued by the manufacturer so it was a bit of a punt on my part placing the order in the first place. I placed the order on a Sunday when my Credit Card account was automatically debited. You let me know immediately by e-mail that the product was unavailable and gave me the option of a refund. I e-mailed you back to confirm I wanted a refund and the money was back in my credit card account by the Wednesday. That is a very pleasing response to an unfortunately abortive transaction."
