How quickly will I get my order?
Each product that we sell has a clear indication of when you can expect delivery - it's in green to the right of the picture of the product. Usually we'll despatch the same day you order.

What kind of Guarantee will I get?
All our products have at least a two year warranty (except in certain circumstances for plants, bulbs and heating elements).

How can I pay?

Are you a Corporate or County Council and need a Proforma Invoice or an Invoice before you purchase?
- just contact us and we'll send the paperwork. Unfortunately, we'll need to receive the money before we release the goods.

Where's my order?
If you haven't received your order, check the anticipated delivery time in the green writing to the right of the picture in the product description in the website. In the unlikely event that this time has been exceeded, please check with your neighbours in case it's been delivered there. If not, give us a call on 0118 903 5210 or email customerservice@primrose.co.uk giving us your name and postcode and we'll get straight back to you.

When are you open?
Normal office hours, plus we're quite often available in the evenings and weekends - don't hesitate to call and if we're not there leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I visit?
We don't have a showroom, but if you wish to see a particular product before you purchase it, you can visit our warehouse 9-5pm Mon - Fri by appointment (please call for the address). Please call well in advance so that we can confirm that we have stock of the product you are interested in.
