At Primrose, we have a huge number of garden pots, planters and troughs. Whether you are looking for large planters or window boxes, garden urns or terracotta pots, we will have the ideal container for your flowers, plants and herbs. In addition to traditional style planters, we also supply a number of attractive, quirky designs like our vibrant red fibreglass planters or our wishing well planters.

Most of the containers are stored in our warehouse, ready for immediate despatch; however, we do offer a number of bespoke planters which will be made to order.

Our garden planters are made from a variety of materials. It is important to consider which material is best for you prior to purchase.

Wooden planters are an extremely popular style of container. In addition to square and rectangular plant pots, wooden planters can also be integrated into other, more unusual designs such as hexagons, oak barrels and even planters combined with garden seats. Most of our wooden planters are delivered flat-packed and have been designed for easy assembly. The timber is already treated to prevent rot and prolong the life of the planters.

Fibreglass and resin are ideal materials for planters; lightweight and weather-resistant, they are durable and will look great both inside and out, while the flexibility of the materials allow for a variety of styles, from smart, professional cube or round planters to imitation terracotta pots.

Fibreclay planters share many of the benefits of fibreglass and resin planters; they are strong, durable, weather-resistant and light so you can move them easily around your home and garden. In addition, fibreclay is a very eco-friendly material, partially made from paper fibres as well as clay and requiring only about 10% of the energy required to manufacture ceramic equivalents.

Polystone planters are ideal for professional businesses aiming for a stylish and contemporary look. The planters have a lovely stone finish and are extremely durable. Bear in mind, however, that these are a lot heavier than planters made from other materials and so will be delivered on a pallet.
