Fountain Safe

Developed Exclusively for Ambienté© Aquatics. As the name implies this new generation water feature additive 'Fountain Safe' will help you to effortlessly protect your shiny new water feature from troublesome algae build up whilst ensuring that the safety of your children and pets is not compromised.

Simply add two capfuls (depending on the size of the feature) to the reservoir or pebble pool and the active formula will prevent all common forms of algae growth and slime. Two capfuls treats up to 25 Litres of water for one month. Each container contains enough product to treat a total of 75 Litres of water.

We were concerned over the use of chlorine based products being sold for maintaining water features. These products are toxic and leave a lingering odour making them unsuitable for use indoors, in ponds, or around children and pets. So, working with the UK's leading pond chemical laboratories, we developed a safe, odourless alternative without losing any of the benefits of the older generation water feature products.

Tips on Installation and Maintenance

A lot of water features come pre-assembled for the most part, with just a little hose/pump connecting to do before plugging it in to a solar panel or mains socket. Some of our bigger ones require wiring in a plug (which might involve a Part P Certified electrician), but otherwise all instructions will be included.
