Overview

Soft ruffles of frilly peachy-pink and yellow petals surrounding a mass of bee magnet stamens describe the semi-double flowers of 'Petticoats Peach'. A pretty, sterile form, whose blooms face outwards, rather than downwards, and appear over several months. A lovely specimen for a patio pot or front of the border for a cottage garden-themed area, like many geums, the leaves are deer, rabbit, and slug resistant.

Care guide

Keep well watered and remove tatty foliage in autumn. Lift and divide clumps every couple of years in early autumn and replant with the crown just above the surface of the soil. Apply a generous 5-7cm (2-3in) mulch of well-rotted organic matter around the crown of the plant in spring.

Pots and Packaging
Our 9cm pots are given extra packaging to protect the plant. This extra packaging consists of a recyclable plastic blister pack which is then placed in a cardboard box for delivery.

Preparation
The nursery will ensure the plant is moist while it's waiting to be picked up. Our quality control team waters the plant before packing them where necessary to make sure that the plant is suitably watered for transport. Plants with long delicate stems are secured with canes to prevent damage.

Typically plants are delivered ready to plant and will take some time to settle, grow and look more like the product image above.
