" I would have rated this as excellent, as the item is exactly as described and exactly as I expected but its not a brilliant product!! The water flow is pretty poor and doesn't react to anything but the loudest noise. However, this is a novelty item and should be purchased as such. In this respect I am perfectly satisfied, and my swan looks suitably ridiculous floating on our little pond! Primrose despatched the item very quickly, it was well packaged and at a reasonable price, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. "

"My Swan has had lots of bright sunlight however it does not work. There is no instruction regards the tube underneath the item, I imagine it has to fill with water, \i have no idea. Very disappointed with this item."

"Swan pump works occasionally despite having had 3 days sunshine to charge battery. pump seems to work better with it attached to the underside, it was hanging down loose when we recieved it and I think it was too high a head of water for it to pump."
