Why Warmawear Heated Gloves?
We feel the technicians at Warmawear have addressed some important design weaknesses present in other Heated Gloves.

Thanks to our "Easy Switch" technology, you can have them switched on for only short bursts to further improve on the battery life

Extreme cases suffering severe pain in the extremities when exposed to temperature change. and can relieve mild arthritis by improving blood flow. The temperature of your hands and feet dramatically affects the ambient body temperature, so keep your extremities warm.

How do they work?
The gloves feature an advanced battery operated heating system which works in combination with our reflective silver sheet to trap the warmth, reflecting it straight back to your hands, concentrating on all 5 fingers and back of the hands as these are the areas most prone to the cold.
Thumb Wipe: The outer edge of the thumb has been fitted with a soft, smear and scratch resistant material for wiping away moisture from your goggles.
The battery is hidden in a discreet compartment on each cuff. When switched on, they will heat the gloves up in moments with over 2* hours of hot time from good quality batteries. This time can be dramatically increased if you only have the gloves switched on for short bursts - which is now even easier than ever thanks to our "Easy Switch" Design.

Each glove requires 1 x '9v' PP3 battery. Primrose Recommends the Panasonic Pro Power 9v battery as this will offer you about 2+ hours warmth when compared to the Duracell Plus battery that will offer you about 40 minutes. Rechargeable batteries are a great choice, so you should look for ones that have the highest possible mAh rating for best performance. We have found at least 270mAh to be successful*.

6-7" (15-17.5cm) = Small / Medium; 8" - 10"(20-25cm) = Medium / Large

*Batteries come in all shapes and sizes, but there is a fairly simple rule to follow: The higher the mAh (capacity), the longer your gloves will stay hot.
Most 9v rechargeable batteries are rated between 90mAh and 300mAh. There is very little data regarding non-rechargeable's, however we have found that the Panasonic Pro Power 9v battery outlasts anything else we've tried (over 2 hours), including the Duracell Plus cell (which only offered about 40 mins). "I bought the gloves as a present for my father who suffers from very bad circulation in his hands, especially in winter. Although he hasn't used them as yet (his birthday was only a couple of days ago) I tried them out prior to giving them to him and thought they were excellent. They heated up within 2-3 minutes and the external on/off switch is easy to use with the gloves on. Delivery was very quick - I ordered on the Wednesday evening and the gloves were delivered on the Friday. Excellent service all round."

"I'm sorry to say I am not very impressed with the gloves. They made little or no difference when the temperature was close to freezing or below i.e. when they were most needed. The fingertips were never warmed at all and stayed cold. In addition, the batteries gave up after using the gloves five times for about 20 minutes, so are neither practical nor economical even if out for a quick shop, as I was."

"I bought these for my partner for use in the recent snow for walking the dog, as his fingers go white at the ends in cold weather. The gloves are well made and the delivery service from Primrose was excellent however I would not say the gloves were a success in that when turned on they did not seem to be warmer than when turned off. The battery life at some two hours is also far too short for regular use. That said the gloves can be used simply as winter gloves but I would not recommend the heated aspect of them."
