A long-flowering summer star. Position: full sun Soil: moderately fertile, moist, well-drained soil Rate of growth: average Flowering period: June to September Hardiness: borderline hardy (will need protection in winter) Rich purple with a white eye, this superb, free-flowering trailing Verbena has serrated foliage and is a wonderfully vibrant, wildlife friendly container and hanging basket 'bedding plant'. Grown individually in cell trays, each plant measures about 7 - 10cm tall (from the base of the root to the top of the plant). They are ideal for keen gardeners who have a greenhouse where the plants can be grown on until they are ready for planting out in the garden once all chance of frost has passed. Please note: We grow these especially for you, so we do request that full payment is made when you place your order. See above for despatch dates for this particular plant. To ensure that your plants arrive in the best possible condition each pack will be despatched individually. Please also be aware that the pot in the photograph is not included.
