Packaging

Plant Theory is all about great plants delivered straight to your door in the best state possible. Clever folds help hold the plant in place, and wrapping will be applied where needed if your plant needs extra care.

Show off your plant in style

Please note, all of our house plants arrive in a nursery pot as standard. You can find a more permanent home for your plant in our wide range of indoor plant pots.

Please note: where your plant is supplied with a pot, your plant's 'Height on Arrival' includes the pot

How your order will arrive
Your Ficus will be content in medium levels of light. If the plant isn't happy with the light levels it will let you know by dropping some leaves. If this happens, don't panic as your Ficus will easily recover if you correct any issues. See what your plant prefers then keep it there. With watering, you'll want to keep the soil moist. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out before watering and leave time for water to drain away before returning to its display pot. If you get the location right and a good watering routine, you’ll be rewarded with a thriving plant!

Advice on hot and droopy plants

If your plants are looking a little wilted right now, don’t worry! Plants like to be filled with water to keep their structure, and when it’s hot that water evaporates.

Just give them an off-schedule watering and they’ll be right as rain in no time! Be careful not to flood them - plants don’t like extremes.
