"You need to do the prep - ensuring the edge is vertical, the grass is cut shorter than normal and you have a deep enough groove.
My husband helped me and after much cursing, he found the easiest way of using the pins is to poke them through the holes first making sure the soil is damp - the pins are very soft and a rubber hammer caused them to bend over as the holes are quite tight.
I hesitated posting this as I wanted to see how easy it was to mow over - I have to say the edges look really smart and the mower went over easily. Even my husband (Who hated 'helping') has commented twice on how good it looks!"
