"Primrose lost the order initially and I didn’t get next day delivery, then when I called they said they will deliver the next day... which did not happen... 2 missed days waiting for delivery. The item arrived on the third day... another day I had to stay in. There was also confusion with the staff and the emails I received, the information conflicted. I was disappointed with this service but the product itself is good. No one apologised either, though they were not rude."
