"The top of the awning had become unfixed. In trying to refix it, the whole spring became unloaded. The label outside had said that the product should be inspected before the driver left. This was entirely unrealistic. It took well over 5 minutes for me to unwrap it, and I probably would not have seen the fault. But because I had tried to rectify the fault myself, I could not return it."
