"Two out of the three mirrors had to be returned as faulty. Primrose did arrange for collection of the 2 faulty ones but didn't compensate us for having to use our own tape etc to re-seal the packages. On receipt of the replacements, one of them had the same fault as the originals in that the top fitting for the screw on which the mirror was hung, had been fitted upside down. We couldn't be fussed to return this again, so my Husband fixed it himself. I think Primrose should improve the quality of goods they sell. I have been a customer of theirs for a few years now, but doubt I will buy from them again."
