Nandina 'Twilight' is a compact, rounded, evergreen shrub with colourful, bamboo-like leaves. In the summer it produces small, white, delicate flowers that are sometimes followed by bright red berries.
However, it is the brightly coloured foliage that makes this shrub so special. Its variegated foliage is a mass of colour with hues of green, bronze, cream and pink which become more intense in winter when the temperature drops ensuring that this shrub is a showstopper all year long.
With its compact habit this hardy shrub is excellent for growing in containers or planted as part of a border. It is happiest when placed in a sheltered but sunny position in moist, well-drained soil. With such a long season of interest Nandina 'Twilight' would make a fantastic addition to any garden.
