Boasting long, sword-shaped leaves with the apex of the plant displaying a vibrant red flower, it is understandable why the term decorative is cited within this plant's very name. Formally referred to as the Guzmania 'Allura', its leaves will gracefully flow in an outward direction, and the petals of its single flower are of a red and orange blend. As such, this Guzmania will make an ideal choice for someone wishing to add some fiery colour to their indoor space.

To ensure that your Guzmania flourishes, it is advised that you undertake weekly watering, and further ensure that it is positioned away from direct sunlight.

Very easy to care for, this plant will happily accompany other Bromeliads to form a tropical harmony.
