A Clematis featuring mauve-coloured blooms, perfect for adding a pop of colour
With each flower's shape mixed between a saucer and stellate, Clematis 'Dorothy Walton' is ideal for adding a unique and colourful touch to your early Summer garden. Each mauve petal will encircle a small stamen, and towards their centre is a subtle stripe of deeper purple, which gives the illusion of a satin-like sheen. Some of the early flowers will even be semi-double, and as such, their generous rosette of purple petals will make a wonderfully romantic cut flower. To ensure your flourishing Clematis, plant in an area receiving full sun or partial shade.
