"Called after waiting in all day for a delivery and was given a Tuffnells tracking number which didn't work.
Called again and told it was because goods had only been picked up that day, Primrose would check progress and call back. Call back didn't happen. Phoned again after the person concerned had left for the day and left a message to phone next day on our land line (mobile reception at home is poor).
I ended up with a voicemail message on my mobile. The Tufnells tracking number still didn't work on their website. I eventually phoned the carrier and after 20 minutes waiting on the phone to my local depot I was told that the tracking number was for account holders only i.e. only Primrose could use it.
Very sloppy service, I'll avoid using Primrose again, even if it means buying from somewhere more expensive."
