"Order handling good. Primrose staff good. Delivery arrangements a bit confused and not when we expected. We had to call carrier and they were confused. Eventually we were told it had been allocated to a driver who refused it because it was too big. He gave it to a larger truck which took over a day to not deliver it. The driver of the van which delivered it was very good but said the larger truck failed to deliver but did not arrange for it to be transferred to another vehicle. We were not informed at the time. Our next delivery by a different carrier was great"
