Your delivery company, scarpers as soon as it has delivered the item which means you cannot check the item on delivery. This does not make sense because if they stayed while you inspected it then they could confirm taht the item was delivered damaged and they could take it away with them with minimal hassle to the customer.
Even more disappointed with your post sales service. You first requested proof of damage (photos) and we were supposed to arrange return back to you and to pay for this - and this is good customer service!!!
After much complaints by my wife to your refunds department you eventually agreed to pick this up.
Needless to say we will not ever be using you again. I bet you don't put this testimonial on your web-site.
If you treat all customers this way you wont be in business for long. Money is taight for many families and poor customer service will mean customers will drop you like the plague.
