How does it work?

Dual technology:

- Ultrasonic sound waves:
Ultrasonic waves are high-pitched sound waves at frequencies too high for humans and most pets to hear. Ultrasound is a loud noise at a high frequency: it's too high for humans and domestic pets to hear, but is thought to be audible to most rodents. We imagine that, for a mouse, it's like having a smoke alarm going off constantly.
- Electromagnetic waves:
Once plugged into any ordinary plug socket, the device sends electrical pulses into the wiring of your house. Whenever electricity passes through a wire, electromagnetic waves are created.
If you just need to clear rodents from the visible room space, then you can save money by buying cheaper ultrasonic-only repellers.

But does it really work? Is it really going to clear my whole house of rodents?
We hope that most problems will disappear within a few days. However, if the rodents have already built a nest in your house, they are unlikely to desert their young until they are old enough to move .

Fortunately, rodents mature quickly and the babies will be fully grown within a month. If you suspect that there is a nest in your house it may be worth using traps as well, but remember that traps alone do not provide a long-term solution to your problem (see Why not just use traps and poison?)

"Plugged it in, followed the few instructions, the mouse in the roof has gone away. Had it for 2 months now on continuous, about to change to intermittent setting as per instruction"

"I connected one downstairs and one upstairs that way the whole house was covered. We saw a reduced number of mice activity. We saw one outside and when my partner killed that one, we saw a few running around the house but they were very slow - looked disturbed by the sound waves I thought. We caught 4 mice in one day and now we haven't seen any mice activity for a while. I will definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a cheaper solution compared to the expensive service provided by Rentokil. This saved us money and peace of my mind too, TBH."
