This deciduous, rhizomatous fern has wide, broad, pinnate fronds that can grow up to 60cm in length. It grows well in cool, shaded areas. The Sensitive Fern has been awarded the Award of Garden Merit given by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), which helps gardeners make informed choices about plants.
