5ft 'Bramley's Seedling' Cooking Apple Tree | M26 Semi Dwarfing Rootstock | Bare Root Bush | By Frank P Matthews™
Bramley Apple Trees
A distinctly British apple, the Bramley has been grown commercially since at least 1862, although the original was planted back in 1809 and still survives! By far the most popular cooking apple, the tree constitutes the majority of all culinary trees grown in the UK. Resistant to apple scab and mildew, juicy and acidic, the Bramley holds the RHS Award of Merit and is perfect for pollinators. A worthy claimant for the cooking apple crown.
