All sizes are overall and measurements are approximate although we do try to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Some of the products we sell such as fencing and screening are natural products made using traditional techniques. Please do not assume that they will have the precision or consistency of machine-made products.
We're here to help, and we're always happy to do our best to give advice over the phone. However, if the information you require is critical to your decision as to whether to buy or not, you must get it in writing if you might need to rely on it to resolve any potential misunderstandings.
We love our reputation for having "The Biggest Range at the Best Prices".
To keep our great reputation, we check prices all the time - often every day.
So here's our Price Promise:
If you see a cheaper price elsewhere, up to 7 days after placing your order with Primrose...

but we'll also give you 10% off any other product.
(You can use that 10% off any other product at the same time you place the order, or any time up to 100 days following the date of the price-matched order).
The usual conditions apply - the product must be in stock with the competitor and the price must include delivery to your location.
The guarantee does not include products shipped to the UK from abroad and we may limit the quantities of price-matched items sold to one customer.

Cards will be charged at the point of ordering.
Refunds will normally be processed immediately, although it may take a few days for the banks to refund your card.

WEEE - Waste Electrical and Electronic EquipmentNew government regulations called The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations encourages people to recycling old electrical products, rather than throwing them away.
Electrical goods are the fastest growing waste stream in the UK, growing by 5% each year. Each year in the UK we go through over 1.2 million tonnes of electrical waste.
Over 75% of waste electrical goods end up in landfill, where lead and other toxins contained in These items can cause soil and water contamination which, in turn, can have a very harmful effect on the environment and human health.
Many of the electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending waste electrical goods to landfill.
In order to protect the environment for future generations it is important that we are all aware of the consequences of our actions and learn what we can do to make a difference.
Look for this symbolElectrical and Electronic Equipment that was made after June 2006 should display this symbol on the packaging or product. It means that the product is covered by the WEEE Regulations and every effort should be made to recycle it. All our electrical products display this symbol.
