Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information and help for our customer
The pandemic has been difficult for us all and as we continue to experience the effects, we’d like to let you know that we’re still here to help you enjoy your garden.
Following some disruption to our service during the first lockdown in 2020, we have made vast improvements across our business operations to make sure we are able to keep deliveries running smoothly.
With these improvements in place and after close communication with our suppliers we are confident in our ability to handle any further spikes in demand.
We look forward to helping you enjoy the warmer months in your garden.

How We're Keeping Our Teams Safe
- Our offices are closed with staff working from home.
- In our warehouses, we are upholding strict social distancing measures, providing masks and hand sanitiser to keep our team safe.
- We continue to follow all government guidelines and mitigate any risk to our people.

Supporting UK Growers
Like so many others, UK Nurseries have faced extreme uncertainty during the COVID 19 pandemic. In any normal Spring season, they will supply huge volumes of plants to Garden centres, but this year garden centre orders were cancelled, leaving them with a huge amount of perishable stock and concern about the future of their businesses.
During the pandemic, online demand for plants tripled and we’re proud to have reached out to and worked with 8 new UK growers, working together to sell online and stop plants going to waste. Thank you for helping to #KeepBritainGrowing
