Digitalis purpurea 'Dalmation Peach' | 10.5cm Pot

A graceful Foxglove, exhibiting pale-pink, bell-shaped blooms, excellent for pollinators

Digitalis purpurea (commonly known as Dalmation Peach), features clusters of bell-shaped blooms, that gracefully nod from an upright, slender green stalk. Each flower is pale-pink in colour, and are complemented by their unique speckles of orange which are apparent across their throats, delicately encircled by white margins. They will emerge from a bed of ovate-shaped foliage between the months of May and July, with each bloom flowering in order of the lowest to highest; forging a consistently angular silhouette that is slightly varied in colour as no flower will be the same age. Dalmatian Peach will hence look beautifully placed within the back of a cottage garden's border, offering both stunning structure and a long-lasting, pastel-hued display. Please note, Digitalis is highly toxic.

Planting Tip

Plant differing perennials throughout your garden for a colourful display!

Our herbaceous plants are grown in optimum conditions to ensure that they flourish happily and healthily. Each plant will be sent directly from our specialist nursery based in England.

Please note, your potted plant may not display flowers as soon as it arrives. However, the 'flowering period' box (detailed above), indicates when you can expect flowers to form. Many of our herbaceous perennials also die back in winter, so will have little growth in spring, but grow quickly once sunlight hours improve.
