Looking After your Cast Iron

The cast iron used in cooking is slightly different than that used in garden furniture such as benches. If cooking with this piece, do not wash with soapy water, instead rinse with hot water and dry immediately. If you are going to be using this item to cook regularly it is recommended that you rub with cooking oil after every use.
