"Two out of three compost bins were delivered together and after two days the third still had not arrived. When I contacted customer services, the Manager initially told me that the third was probably wrapped up with the others. (It wasn't). A third bin was sent, but by the time it arrived, the rest of the original order had got here, so the couriers let me refuse delivery. It all seemed a bit of a muddle"
