"Absolutely lovely."

"The stainless steel bucket was damaged with an obvious dent in its side which resulted in the lid not closing with a proper seal. The handle of the inner bucket broke on first use. This was a poorly made and overpriced product which I would advise against purchase. The item should have been returned but rather I would be unlikely to use Primrose again and would advise others against using the service."
