"Hi, I can evaluate the service from Primrose between good and bad. I had a next day delivery but with a few problems. A lot of messages I received on that day about the delay. I wasn't at home but housemates where aware that im expecting a delivery. So, I was checking online and in one moment the info about the parcel stopped to be updated. Then there was a problem again, the driver first deliver wrong item and he left. Later, as I was told he came back with the right one. Then when I opened the box I was badly surprised about it there wasn't plug at the end of the water pump. If I knew that in advance ill never buy the product. I don't like to buy something which it is not completely finished as a product. That means I have to look for someone else to fix it. Spend more money as well, yeah the plug doesn't cost too much, but do you think its that easy to do it on my own. Im scared of electricity and water together. What if I couldn't connect properly the plug with these open wires?! Friend of mine mentioned that its illegal since 2001 to sell the product in that way. Im really interested to understand if that is correct. I'll do my best ."
