Hot Dip Galvanising

Hot dip galvanising is a reliable method of steel galvanisation that helps prevent corrosion and extends the life of the steel. Before the process begins, the steel endures a thorough chemical clean to remove all rust, oil and mill scale from its surface. It is then rinsed off and dipped into a bath of 460°C molten zinc. The zinc that bonds to the steel helps lower lifetime costs and decreases the need for maintenance.
