"The service was good, but the product, hazel hurdles, arrived damamged. Firstly the delivery man hadn't read the delivery instructions, but fortunatley I was home so could re direct him. He said one of the panels was so damaged that it wasn't worth bringing. He hadn't notified Primrose though. He said his van had just been carelessly piled up. The next delivery came, and there was small damage on one panel, which I didn't bother to return. Once again a different man said that the goods are not well looked after. So, the service from Primrose was courteous and good, but perhaps you should look at an alternative delivery company."
