Myself and a family member ordered the below product from yourselves. The delivery process was horrendous but luckily for your couriers my complaint is about the item itself.
Please find images attached of some defects we have found and are disappointed with. These include dangerously sharp cut edges, uneven joints, scratches, chips, smears and glue stains.
This was a 50th birthday present for my father, so to present him with a gift full of imperfections and quite frankly, appallingly put together, was humiliating. To spend hard earned money regardless of the value I expect quality goods, never mind parting with £150 on a tinny lump of 'stainless' steel.
Fortunately for yourselves, my father loves the water feature itself, so we do not necessarily require a full refund. We would consider a defect-free replacement free of delivery charges or a minimum of a 50% refund, as this item in its current condition is not worth half the amount we have paid. Either way I require compensation for this inconvenience.
Your instructions provided are APPALLING and do not give clear advice on how the structure works either.
I require a response as soon as possible with how you plan to resolve our frustrations or I will seek legal advice.
