"I had to get in contact as the first stake that was provided with the ornament was damaged upon arrival, Primrose got in contact with the supplier to send another one. The second stake wasn't damaged when it arrived but when I tried to screw it into the top, I realised that the thread on the top was not straight and therefore the stake wouldn't screw in (probably why the first stake was damaged from grips or pliers trying to screw it in - therefore making it second hand anyway.) I had to drill out the thread, glue the stake and repaint the damage caused by the incorrect fitting. Not ideal but I was working under a tight timeframe as it was a birthday present so just gig what was needed. The kingfisher itself was good but the fitting was really poor!!"
