Honeyberry 'Kamtschatica' Bush - Lonicera caerulea - 3L Pot

The honeyberry is one of the edible forms of honeysuckle, also known as 'blue honeysuckle'. One of the new superfruits, this fruit has very high levels of vitamin C and antioxidants. Consisting of sweet, edible, pillow-shaped fruits, the honeyberry is delicious eaten fresh, and also used in jams, jellies, yoghurt or ice cream. The plant is a recent addition to England. Being native to Siberia, it should have very few struggles with our climate!

Fruit Benefits

These fruits should be eaten or frozen within a few days of harvest. They please even the most sophisticated of palates, and can be made into jams and preserves to bring great summer memories on autumn or winter days. Freshly picked fruit will bring your desserts to life with a flavour that simply can't be matched by mass produced, shop bought fruit.
