"Answer the phone a lot quicker.
One of our articles was not delivered and I was 30 mins waiting to get through. I was promised that it would be sent straight away, but after nearly a week I tried to telephone again. This time I gave up and sent an email complaining about their telephone service. The reply I got was 'At busy times it may take a day of two to respond to emails and I should use the telephone!!'"
