"I had to ask Primrose to bring forward the delivery date of my order, giving plenty of notice. They acknowledged. Delivery did not happen so I ordered elsewhere and asked Primrose by email to cancel the order. Again this was acknowledged by email, yet I received the plant on the original delivery date from a nursery which was not Primrose. I don't know or much care whether Primrose has refunded my payment. Each rose now has a good home, but I'm totally unimpressed that a delivery date change was not actioned."
