"My only issue with this delivery is that the delivery man was very keen to get my signature and leave. It was only after he had left that I discovered two areas of damage to the underside of the package and then saw a red label which stated the driver is instructed to stay until the item is checked for damage. In my opinion, the label is an inadequate way of conveying this information to the customer as it can easily be hidden. With my order, the damage did not reach the item inside but others may not be so fortunate."
