"Item was good, customer service over the phone was good and website worked well. However, the overall experience would have been better if I could have had a more exact delivery date and time. I was informed that it would be delivered at some point between Tuesday and Thursday and that I should call on Tuesday to try and get more detail on the delivery timing. The item appeared unannounced on Monday! Whilst the delivery speed was impressive and it was lucky I was around to take delivery I think that additional work on ironing out this final part of the chain might help the overall experience."
