"1.curbside delivery of huge heavy pots is awful.
2.no idea when delivery is going to be mine was 4 working days. Couldnt track. No contact by delivery company.
3.extremely hard to complain re damage to pot on delivery. Customer services very prompt and polite but cant deal with complaints. Email complaints and customer service member eventually contacts after several frantic mails."
