"We have used Primrose on a number of occasions & have always been very happy with the service. One issue with this order however was that the netting was "stuffed" inside the box directly on top of the clock hands. Fortunately, a little gentle straightening was all that was required but it could have irreparably damaged them for the sake of a second box or even a polythene bag taped to the clock box."
