"It is a good pump and does the perfect amount of flow but came with no instructions and the wireless remote controller only does on and off and does not turn the led light on and off.So the buttons are superfluous."

"Good product - no instructions but self explanatory.
Would be useful to attach the product to the head accessory pack which you tell me is on the website. I couldn't find it.

"Very pleased with this extra for our Ruthwell birdbath, though yet to see if the birds agree with that! Would have been so much more helpful if instructions had been included instead of leaving us confused and wondering. Fortunately 3 pages arrived once we asked for them."

"I ordered this product despite the bad reviews on their site, because I had been looking for this kind of product for months, namely a battery operated, electrically rechargeable pond pump.So I thought - take a chance.
I ordered it for my small garden pond.

First : When it arrived there were no instructions of any kind. Though this was not a big deal as it only took a few seconds examination to see how it worked. Still even just a small piece of paper with instructions would have been polite.

Second : The LED light didn't work. Now this was not a problem for me as I did not intend using this anyway.

Third : There was no rose/nuzzle heading of any kind with the pump. Again I was fortunate in that I had an old solar powered pump and was able to use the rose/nuzzle from it for the new pump. But it would have been very considerate to have included even just a small simple rose/nuzzle head. Now I appreciate this was not a case of false advertising as in the photo on the site there is no nuzzle shown

I have a feeling that when you buy this product you take pot luck. If in this instance the pump had not been working I would have been sending it back and this review would be a 1 or 0 it that were possible.

In conclusion I got what I needed and am happy enough with this. But I did not get what I paid for.

"It does what it says in the advert, but has rather a 'home-made' feel about it - will be curious to see how long it lasts.."
