"The item was made in China and I found some minor damage when I unpacked it. Returning it to Primrose would have been expensive (it was a metal garden bench). If I had bought the item locally, I would have been able to take it back and exchange it."

"Easy to assemble, even alone, for a less than fit older person. Just needed an adjustable spanner to hold the nuts while turning the bolts with the allen key supplied. Looks really good, feels sturdy, and just right for what I wanted."
