"Again, sorry, Primrose, but your supplier hadn't packed my goods adequately. One of the Garden Flames, medium, had poked its tip through the corrugated cardboard and was grazed. The other medium- sized Garden Flame had two of its basal corners slightly stoved in. Only the small one arrived unscathed. However, the damage wasn't sufficient to warrant a return, just disappointing!"
