"False advertising. I ordered four tubs of Ant powder which did not arrive after 4wks. I contacted PRIMROSE and they looked into the matter. They said it was the fault of the courier.
They then re-sent the order and when it arrived it was not suitable to use around pets and children even though it said that it was suitable on the website.
I contacted PRIMROSE and they said to get rid of it in my rubbish bin. Unfortunately because of he inconvenience and the fact of false advertising I thought they would send a letter of apology with gift voucher but this did not happen. I also asked them to contact the seller for feedback and he back to me, this also did not happen.
Bad service. No wonder Amazon get so much trade because they deliver great service.
