1. The aspect of the deal that has disappointed me has been the damaged goods.
I feel the manufacturer could have applied a little more protective packaging around their product which would have lessen the chances of the composter being damaged in transit by the courier company. Your assistance in having it replaced was appreciated.
2. Had I seen the composter in the flesh as it were then I would not have purchased it as I feel the plastic it is made from is a little too thin and it will not last very long when in use, but this is one of the problems when buying on line.
I know I could have returned it but this can be a time consuming and costly process, so I did not bother.
