Traditional Beech Potting Bench

Stylish and elegant, this potting bench is just what the keen gardener needs. It is a good, solid bench of a height which allows you to stand straight, rather than hunching over and hurting your back. With an attractive, traditional design, it's sure to add a touch of taste to your potting shed.

  • Strong and tall to take heavy burdens of compost and pots
  • Made of FSC certified solid beech timber
  • Galvanised shelf covers for long lasting protection
  • A number of shelves - allows you to keep your potting shed organised

This strong potting bench is made from Forest Stewardship Council certified beech timber, so it's not only strong and sturdy, but also ecologically friendly. The wood has been oiled to preserve it, and is recommended to be oiled every year to keep it in the best condition. The galvanised shelf covers protect the wood from water spillage, but can be removed if so desired. The bench comprises a lower shelf, main work bench, drawer, and upper shelf, so there is plenty of storage space for all your potting bits and bobs.

"Did not like fixing method .Allen key head and screw head wore before finished tightening. 2 holes were wrong size so screw would not go in without twisting which fixed it in wrong place. Bolts with nuts would be a better method. Looked good when finally assembled but could do with a diagonal cross piece to make it more rigid"
