'Tete a Tete' and Muscari armeniacum are some of the most widely loved dwarf bulbs around. The blue and golden, multi-headed flowers on each stem will make a sublime accent to borders, pathways, and even the edge of a bank. These dwarf varieties are additionally well-suited to containers, so are the perfect option for patio gardens.
Narcissus 'Tete a Tete' : Reaching a height of 15cm, this Daffodil variety will look stunning planted in pots adorning the front of your home.
Muscari armeniacum: Bright blue flowers that will harmonise beautifully with the golden tones of each Daffodil.
Cultivate soils to a depth of 15 to 20cm, and plant the Tete a Tete bulbs 10cm deep and apart. Tete a Tete will look best when planted in rows of ten or more. If planting in a container, the planting depth can be reduced to 8cm and planting distance to 5cm. You should plant in soils that are well-drained. However, if you have heavier soils such as clay, add some grit or well-rotted humus matter. In sandy soils, supplement with organic matter to boost fertility. We encourage you to protect early growth in the spring from slugs and snails, and to remove flowers that appear spent.
