Overview

Silver Dust' is a tender shrub with slightly lobed leaves, becoming deeply cut and lighter in colour as the season progresses. Usually grown as an annual, this superb, silvery grey foliage plant is highly versatile and can be used to great effect, planted as a group lining the front of a border or offering excellent contrast to other summer bedding plants in pots and containers.

  • Garden care: In May when all risk of frost has gone, transplant outdoors to summer planting position. Keep well watered and feed regularly throughout the season with a balanced liquid feed.

    Pots and Packaging
    Our 9cm pots are given extra packaging to protect the plant. This extra packaging consists of a recyclable plastic blister pack which is then placed in a cardboard box for delivery.

    Preparation
    The nursery will ensure the plant is moist while it's waiting to be picked up. Our quality control team waters the plant before packing them where necessary to make sure that the plant is suitably watered for transport. Plants with long delicate stems are secured with canes to prevent damage.
