Care guide

Clematis prefer to have their 'heads in the sun and feet in the shade'- keep their roots shaded with other plants or a layer of pebbles. Deadhead the first blooms that appear to promote new blooms. Prune in late winter or early spring and remove dead or weak stems before to encourage strong new growth.
